All candidates must follow these instructions or you will not be admitted into the testing room.

Exam Security Policy (Computer-Based Exam)

For computer-based exams, test center personnel will perform security inspections during the check-in process and re-entry into the testing room.

Exam Misconduct and Rules Violations

Program Refunds, Deferrals, and Withdrawals Policies

Deferrals to the next available exam are considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the extraordinary Greater circumstances surrounding COVID-19, candidates impacted by COVID-19 circumstances will have the option to defer again.

Exam Score Retabulation

If you are not satisfied with your computer-based exam result, you may request that your exam score be manually retabulated.
